It is sad and at the same time infuriating to know that the government officials who are supposed to do what is best for the Filipino public, are the same people who engage in corrupt practices just to cater to the whims of their patrons.

THE PUBLIC SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS ISSUE. LET THE FILIPINO PEOPLE BE AWARE OF THE FACTS AND THE REAL DEAL ABOUT THE SCRAPPED PASSPORT PROJECT UNDER THE B.O.T. CONTRACT AND WHAT THE DFA REPLACED IT WITH.

This goes to show that prior to the NBN ZTE broadband scandal, there exists a scam in the amount of Php 2-billion pesos courtesy of the DFA and the BSP. Is there any government official who can be trusted ????

SAY WHAT? TWO BILLION PESOS FOR A PASSPORT MODERNIZATION PROJECT AND THAT AMOUNT WILLBE COMING FROM THE FILIPINO PEOPLE'S POCKETS. CRIPES! THE DFA SHOULD AVE STUCK WITH THE ORIGINAL B.O.T. CONTRACT WITH THE PROPONENT AND LET THEM FUND THE PROJECT, THEN THIS TWO BILLION PESOS CAN BE ALLOCATED FOR SOME OTHER INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT. I WILL DEFINITELY FOLLOW THIS ISSUE. AFTER THE BROADBAND ZTE SCAM, HERE IS ANOTHER SIMILAR ISSUE THAT MUST BE SCRUTINIZED.
